I am listening to 528 HZ music. Apparently, it is supposed to help shift the mind and body into a positive space. I’ve heard it’s also great for manifestation. I’m not trying to actively will something into existence, but it does make me feel good. My brain feels nice, warm, and comfortable. I am cozy here.

Here’s what I’ve been thinking today:

• I’ve been learning to embrace the past more and more recently. There is loss scattered and strategically placed throughout the past. Back then, the small things felt small and the big things were appropriately scary and exciting.

• It is nice to be looked at like I am a movie. There is nothing like the feeling of being perceived like everything I do truly means something. It’s like someone put their soul into writing the way I sip my water or push my bangs back behind my ears. Everybody wants to be seen and it feels good to be viewed and watched again and again.

• I know distance makes the heart grow fonder, but god is it tender. A stuffed animal doesn’t cut it anymore, man!

• I ate the most delicious pickled onions tonight. They were in a bowl with beans, beef, rice, pico, avocado, and tortilla chips! Like, are you kidding me dude?? Pickled onions are an act of love.

Life feels heavy right now, but it’s nice to see humans be sweet and kind to one another. I have some of the best friends in the business. Seriously, these guys should get paid more to hang out with me!
